      What does it mean?

      hello,
two months ago i discovered that my ability to dream lucidly is not a normal ability so i became intersted in this subject and started to explore it by reading articles on the internet and two weeks ago i bought a book which i heard about from a friend.
before i started to read the book, about 50% of my dreams was lucid and after i tried their methods i stop having lucid dreams so i decided to stop reading the book for few days.
few nights afterwards my dreams became lucid again(50% was lucid like before), but something strange happened, the other half of nonlucidly dreams weren't regular dreams, i did stuff in the dreams that i do only when i lucid.
I am positive that i wasn't lucid in those dreams but i somehow knew that i can do whatever i want and did it.
do you know why i had those dreams after i stop reading the book?

I do not think reading the book hurt your dreaming, but it takes a few weeks for your brain to fully intagrate new information. It is likely that putting more attention into your dreams made the difference but took a little while to kick in.

did your sleep pattern change at all...were you going to bed earlier or later than normal sometimes just changing a single habit can change everything we dream about

I didn't do something unusual, but something strange happened to me last night(i think it is unrelated but its the only diffrent thing that happened).
I went to sleep at midnight and woke up at 9 am, I went to the toilet and came back to bed to lie down for a while, i fell asleep again but I thought that I am awake.
I was dreaming about a regular day of mine and didn't wake up till my mother woke me up at 7 pm, non of my very long dreams was lucid and i was sure
that I was awake, this is very strange and scary and i hope it could shed some light about my strange dreams.
      thank you for your help
