My LD Are Becoming Like Regular Dreams - Please Help!

Hey guys, last night I had why seems to be a extremely long night with many dreams. In two occasions I recognised a dreamsign which was running in slow motion. However when I became lucid I felt as if I was still regular dreaming for example once I relised I was dreaming I Put my hand through my palm and also jumped to see If I could float. I then just shot of into the air and the environment underneath me completely changed to a ocean. I was then being dragged down by I force, I was flying un-controllable random rocky island were appearing. I then without wanting to asked to speak to my sub conscious. Then the "slender" death screen blocked my vision ( it's a white faceless man pops up whilst a fuzzy screen comes on ) this then woke me up. I was very confussed and hopes is was a one off.

The second time I was lucid I was running with my brother and relised i was running in slow motion. I realised I was dreaming but still had the need to across a road, I ran across, Again in slow motion. When I got across there was a women standing on the corner of a building I requested to become lucid but she didn't listen and continuously asked yet there was no repy of her? I then just woke up over Borden

Does anyone have a solution to this, or is there anything I have done wrong

This would of been my third and fourth LD. I RC hourly and write a detailed dream journal.

I did have another LD experiance that night but it wasnt very remember able. I can recal trying to can the environment from a small garden into a beach. I recal turning round and hoping for a beach but unfortunately just turning the ground into sand

Hmm to me, it sounds like a problem with dream control. Remember that lucidity is not equal to control You may be lucid and be sure that it's a dream, but dream control is an entirely different thing. I think that is why your dream environment started changing on its own, and you couldn't get things to happen the way you wanted them to.

Don't worry, dream control comes with practice, so you should be able to get better at it. Here are some links:

The second one is a bit lengthy, but it is very thorough, and really worth reading! Good luck and happy dreaming~

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
