well if you have somthing to add or to say then welcome otherwise , why you don't just shut up ? i don't think your post is adding anything to my life , it's waste of time , why you post something that is waste of time? if you don't like to help me then i don't need your opinion about aliens or anything else ? so thank you

From what i know about Spirituality and dreams, they both are similar and has a connection somehow. What i should tell you now is stop continuously doing OBE, it's something you shouldn't play with, this is why you had nightmares etc. For MY advice, try and stop OBE'ing too much. Hope this helps. OBE is out of body experiences, you should try and control that part because you said you didn't train to do so.

I see that you edited you post and deleted it. Why? If i offended you in any way, I am sorry. Please accept my honest apologies. You asked a simple questions "Is it happening because of aliens, or something else?" I gave you a simple answer. You are now offending my beliefs, and trashing my opinions. Shame on you, sir. Well for him to edit his post, i think i answered his question already. I personally don't think it's aliens no offense. But he did say "aliens or something else" which means he wanted to know what is going on, i don't think he was saying it IS aliens.

I didn't know he had a lawyer. Well.. When someone answers your question, you don't have to delete it right after. And NO. You didn't explain what is going on ( sorry:\ ). You just told him to stop doing OBE-s. Ignoring, stopping doing something, won't help him fix the problem. (if he has one). This is so very suspicious, made an account with a first post about that, and it got deleted right after you said "stop having OBE" which makes no sense. So it can only be 2 things : 1) Troll post, doesn't want to get exposed. 2) Aliens edited the post. Now on the other hand, lets just say, we ignore the alien part, and only leave the one with nightmares. Well my good friend, what you need to do is break the connection between your expectations, and what really happens when you are lucid. If you had a nightmare, and you connected it with a REASON, and you THINK, that whenever you get lucid, you will have the nightmare, you actually WILL. Same goes for your awesome grey alien buddies. If you expect to have a dream about them, you actually will.. Which is somewhat good.. you can ask them what are they up to, and maybe save the world. Good luck. P.S. Please, don't take this the wrong way, but the language you used in this reply was not necessary and is not acceptable in this forum. 2. His reply is maybe not helpful, but after rading rest of the posts and learning from them what did you write in original post, it does make sense. It sounds to me, that your comment about aliens was funny and Vortaix's reply was in that light funny also and not so much off topic.
