If not doing RC's throughout the day works best for you then you dont need to practice it. |

Hey people, over the last two weeks I have had about my fist 9 LD. I wanted to test something that had kept recurring. Yesterday I did only one reality check in the morning and none for the rest of the day. When I went to sleep at night I had a very vivid dream I got married ( I'm 15 and have no plans for marriage ) I also devorced my new wife where I was then chased. I started to run and just simply relised I was dreaming.... Running slow is one of my dream signs yet I was running at normal pace. It seems that wether it be slow or fast whenever I run I always know I'm dreaming... Anyway later that night I went on to have to have two well controllable lucid dreams.. Now the point im trying to say is that this has happened quite a lot where I only get LD when I don't RC...... Should I still be RCing? Or doesn't it matter |

Dreams are today's answers to tomorrow's questions. ~ Edgar Cayce
RCs are not the only thing that gets you lucid. There is also intent and awareness. So I think that's just a coincidence, that you got a lucid on a day when you didn't RC. If not doing RC would be one of the lucidity triggers, I think lot more people would be having LDs just out of the blue. |
