How do i maintain a good lucid dreaming schedule with school starting up?

      WHY SCHOOL

School just started up when i got interested in lucid dreaming! ive had quite a few lucids in the small time of summer i have left, which is now 3 days. We only get breaks on weekends, so how do i maintain a good lucid dreaming schedule? the sleep is already taken care of, but since in dreams your subconscious teaches you things in your dream, so you could ask it about a struggle you have in school, after all, your subconscious does possess the ability to solve things more quickly and thoroughly than the average conscious. so lucidity can even help with school.

shift your entire schedule back a few hours so you get up early and go to sleep early. this way, you have time in the morning to do your lucid stuff, as well as time at night. during school, write things on your hand to remind yourself to do a RC. its much harder to remind yourself on your own at school.

I, too, had this problem. I couldn't write down my dreams in the morning because then, I'd run late for school. So I started sleeping 30 minutes earlier and waking up 30 minutes earlier everyday so I can journal. I also had problems remembering to reality check in school so what I did was put a rubber band on my wrist, and whenever I wrote down something for class, I'd see it and do a reality check. I've also tried putting a rubber band on my bag, and since we move to different rooms every subject. Everytime I put down my bag, I'd see the rubber band and remember to RC. I don't use the rubber band anymore though. I can easily remember to do it now.

Also, I plan out beforehand when I will attempt a certain technique. Say for example, Thursday afternoons I'm free, so I make that my WILD nap day. Then on Fridays and Saturdays, I do WBTB's with WILD or MILD. All other days I do MILD, as it doesn't require me to get up or do any other preparations beside doing mantras until I fall asleep. This has been working really well for me

      Hope this helps. Good luck!

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Yes, I no longer use one these days, but when I used a DJ, I would wake up earlier in order to write in it.
