      Do you guys listen to something while in bed to help you lucid dream?

      I listen to things sometimes to help me sleep, but not usually to lucid dream. There are many people that do use things called "Binaural Beats" that help get them lucid dreams. It doesn't work for everyone but some people do have success with it. This tutorial explains it more.
