I have only just started trying to lucid dream this week. On the fourth night i woke up around 5:30 am and decided to try it when falling back asleep. I have been using the MILD technique. And it worked. It was a pretty good LD I think. It lasted about 4 minutes and I had somewhat control over the dream. It wasn't very clear and I was also unable to fly when I tried to. Any advice for these two problems.
Also when I first realized I was dreaming it was because this guy was like... this feels like.. and then I shouted... A dream!

Is this a normal way to enter lucidity? I thought it was pretty weird. Also when I realized I was dreaming and stood up it was VERY difficult to get out of the chair. What is that about?
