      Question about Dream

I had my second lucid dream last night and it was around like 8 o'clock and I woke up around 8:10. Anyways in it I was in this room and I sort of just knew I was dreaming. Does this happen often? There wasn't any dream signs or anything I just knew. Also I went outside to fly and got a few feet in the air then fell back down. But then I turned around and tried to shout clarity but I just couldn't get it out and I felt weak. Is this what normally happens before we wake up?

You had DILD and it's not uncommon at all for them to start like that. Almost all my DILD's start like that and I rarely see a dream sign or do a RC because I see something weird. I also feel weak sometimes when I'm about to wake up. Feeling weak, loss of sensation or any sense for that matter, mainly sight, inability to move around properly and darkness are all signs of you tuning out of the dream. Try to stabilize next time by activating your sense of feeling. Voice commands can be powerful but they don't work for everyone.

If you can't speak loud in your LDs, try practicing that during day. It worked for me

Spontaneous lucidity is always great. I have some dream work tips.
The next time you find yourself ready to vigorously explore your lucid dream take a moment to pause and think. Examine your surroundings of any details you can make out. Make contact with any senses you have available. If it is a place you've been try remembering something about it. If it is someone you know try remembering the last time you saw them. Exercising your control makes things much more interesting.
