I suggest writing up a list of things you want to do in a lucid dream. Read them a few times a day, especially before bed. It greatly helped me with my goals. Not only does it help you remember, but once you get lucid, you'll have a firm idea on what you want to do, rather than waste precious lucid moments thinking and panicking You can also try dream incubation to create your preferred dream prior to sleeping. That way, you get to have a higher chance of dreaming about it. Just make sure to incubate a part where you get lucid, so this also happens when you dream it, and hopefully lead you to actual lucidity.
