This is normal that happens to everyone when they close their eyes I wouldn't really call it HI |

Okay so ever since I was a small small child I have been able to experience what people describe as HI by putting my eyes in a dark place and closing them then looking at images on the back of my eyelids. When I first heard HI described, (patterns, shapes and colours on the back of your eyelids) I thought "WTF? I get that all the time |

Dreams that last for a few seconds
house more wisdom
Then those that last forever.
It is always our nightmares
that are the most vivid.
But if the vividness was taken away
would they really be so scary?
Thanks Mirui. That's what HI sounds like to me though, geometric patterns swirling and psychedelic colours |

Hypnogogic images or sounds come one in the Theta brainwave stage of sleep. So, technically you are neither completely awake or asleep but rather in a form of self-hypnosis that we humans experience every night before falling asleep. |
