      Can't find time.

School started recently and it does really good job keeping me away from lucid dreaming. I am rapidly losing motivation. I had some lucid dreams before but now I can't get any of them for 1 month. It's just feels like I don't have time for it. It would be helpful if you guys would tell how you deal with that kind of stuff. So yeah, end of this post.

I sorta have the same problem because of work. My dream recall is terrible because I have to wake up so early. I'm so busy during the day that I also stopped doing reality checks. But I just focus on lucid dreaming during the weekends. Like I try to sleep for 13 hours on saturday and sunday including a wbtb and I perform loads of reality checks. So just try to focus on lucid dreaming during the weekends?

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.

Lucid dreaming doesn't really take mutch time. The big problem with school is that you can't sleep out, and this may hurt your dream recall a little bit. Just do it like this; Before you go to bed say a little mantra for 5 minutes, something like "I will remember my dreams", you can do the same with lucid dreaming if you want.

When you wake up the first thing you need to do is think about what you dreamed about. I know a lot of people will rage at me for saying this, but you don't need a dream journal to get a decent dream recall. It's a great method to get started, but these days i just use it to put in the dreams that have a special meaning, and my dream recall is still good.

For lucid dreaming just pick some days in the week where you will focus on it. You don't need to try it everyday, you will probably just burn yourself out.

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.

It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes.

DEILD is an example of a method that doesn't require any work during the day at all, and it only takes a few minutes at night (in which you do not get out of bed). So I would recommend DEILD if you do not have the time for other techniques. Also, general awareness can be practiced almost any time, anywhere, and that is the basic of LD.

Life always gets in the way. Our daily responsibilities fight for our attention. I think it is beneficial to take a few minutes throughout your busy day to stop the chatter and concentrate on yourself and your goals. It doesn't really take a lot of extra time. It just takes attention. Slow down, and remind yourself you are alive (and maybe even dreaming).

One other suggestion: your dream journal doesn't need to be written. Just record your voice in the morning, it'll take you 5 minutes to do so.
