      Fellow DEILDers out there...

Hey, you guys. I know a dry-spell is nothing new, happens to all of us sometime or another, but I was hoping to shed some light on a few things.

I used to wake up naturally after every dream, without having to remind myself of that all the time, but now it's been about a month that I haven't been able to do it during the night (and when I do manage to wake up, I'm just too aware and can't DEILD). I wake up everyday around 7a.m. and go back to sleep, but only because that's when my boyfriend's leaving to work.

I don't know what this is. College is busier than ever, so maybe I'm just too tired? I go to sleep around 2-3a.m., sometimes later (or earlier, depends on your POV ) around 6-7a.m., so maybe I've just fucked up my sleep cycle? As much as I try, I just can't do it anymore. Any of you guys ever get that?

My dream recall is fine and my DILDs have never been great, but I've been able to have a couple. My DEILDs are the problem here. Help?

If I got to bed 22:00 or later, my chances of getting a lucid dream in the morning drop more and more, for example last night I went to bed 01:00 because I had to do lots of homework.

And this morning my dreams were like smoke, I sort of remembered them but when I tried to recall it, it faded away and was unreachable. But I am not discouraged by that because I already knew as I went to sleep yesterday (well actually today..) I knew that I wouldn't remember many dreams and that I couldn't really expect a lucid dream.

So try to go to bed an earlier time for a few days and see if you notice any difference.

      Sweet dreams!

I don't know how much earlier I can get to bed. Usually, I'm home from college around 10p.m. and there's always something I've gotta take care of before I can go to sleep. I'll try to be in bed by midnight, though, and see what happens.

      Thank you.
