my dream recall has been pretty decent but it has been inconsistent. Ive only had 2 lucid dreams so far and they were very short lived. I think I might be on to something and it probably has been said on here before the past few nights I looked up rem cycle sleep and found when I would be in rem sleep. I set up 3 alarms that would alert me at the end of the cycle to wake up write down the dream and go back to sleep. So far I have remembered 3 dreams a night but I have not attained lucidity in any of them. Im going to keep using this technique but I am wondering is there something I should change to increase my potential for lucidity? I thought maybe set my alarms a little earlier to wake me up as rem sleep begans and perform a Deild. What do you guys think I can do to improve my chances of attaining lucidity? |
