      Please help

Okay, so i've been on and off with lucid dreaming for a while now. I will do reality checks think about dreams, try different techniques for about a month with little to no success. Then i will stop because i havent gotten anywhere. I really want to stay with it now and become good at lucid dreaming but i dont know what to do. Can someone please help me?

Lucid dreaming is all about persistence and consistency. Let me ask, how have you been with keeping your dream journal? Seems to be that doing that properly can easily make or break your efforts. Also, more than 4 weeks isn't really an unreasonable time to have to go before seeing any serious results; that of course requires that you're still keeping strong with your efforts. I know it can seem like a pain in the beginning, just remember that the longer you work at it the easier it gets and the more frequent the rewards become.

      Sure thing!

I would suggest you start form the beginning with DILD. RCs are good, but even better with mantras and especially daytime awareness. Here is a collection of techniques for DILD. If you'd like, join me in DV Academy's DILD class. Of course, if you choose a WILD, feel free to join WILD class.
