Greetings!
I got a rather odd tale of myself to share because I need a bit of help and since lucid dreaming gives you an edge on awareness I thought people could help.
When I was a kid I lived with my mother in the country in a rented house there were no kids around like myself and my mother was always busy or dozing off so I got a rather small amount of interaction with others as a child(Even in school) It made me a "spaced out person" I can litterally look to the floor,space out and remain thoughtless(or full of thoughts) for a while(I guess it was my escape as a child) and Its made me loose a great deal of awareness.
The problem: I walk around without paying any attention to sounds(vision awareness is great) I never pay attention since im almost always in trance. what can I do to naturally regain natural sound awareness?
Ps. im an only child and it probably would not help that years ago I spent my alone time listening to music..also Ive had lucid dreams, and I've always known that there are no sounds on it except for music,cars,conversations etc.
