      Poor Senses While Dreaming

Since I started lucid dreaming I realized that my senses are much weaker than in the waking life. My vision is sometimes even better than in the waking world and my gustation is normal but my other senses are much worse:

Hearing: I need to focus to really hear something and even when I focus the sounds are too low but when I'm not focusing is not like I am deaf is like I received the information of the sounds but dont hear the sounds.
Olfaction: Is the worst of them all, I can only smell something when I get really close and really focus but even when I can smell it's so weak that is like there is nothing. My olfactory deficiency is justifiable because in waking life I don't pay almost no attention to smells (I have Hyperfocus caused by anxiety, what makes really hard to me pay attention in multiple things)
Touch:When I really focus I can feel the touch but I normally don't feel anything. For example when I fly I don't feel any air unless I really focus on the sensation of the air and this apply to anything about my touch
Temperature: This days I finally learn to create fire in my hand but I didn't felt any heat and this kind of ruined the experience.

I already tried ADA but it was very tiring to focus on everything so I gave up.
If anyone has an idea of something that could help me I would be very grateful

I understand what you mean. The other night I had a very vivid dream where I was at work. I work in a pizza shop. In the dream I did not here the oven, which in reality is about the only thing you can hear in there. Nor did I feel the warmth. Normaly it is very warm. And to top it off, in the dream when I went in the cooler, there was no product anywhere. Just an empty dark room where, yet again, I didn't notice temperture. These were all clues I was dreaming, but aparently not enough to get me lucid.

I would say that you just normally don't focus and that is why it is hard to ADA. I would say do ADA in sessions at first (In most tutorials they say to do this) so that you don't get overwhelmed. If you really don't like ADA still then maybe Sivason's dream yoga class? It helps clear your mind and concentrate on the world around you.

      FIRE:
I would also recommend Sivason's class because he gives a very good tutorial on how to control energies, and that is what I have always used to create fire in dreams.

The problem isn't that is hard to ADA, its that because of my hyperfocus when I focus on more than three things I get mentally tired, when I tried for a week there wasn't one day that I didn't had headaches. About this dream yoga class I think that I will try it, thank you for the help
