In this NORMAL dream I had, I was talking about Lucid dreaming. -.- I had absolutely no idea of the fact I was dreaming. x) How can you realize? Cause I do lots of RC's. |

More so than doing reality checks, checking on how you got places, and whether or not everything happening is logical is more important. |

I agree. It has to do with awareness. The more aware you are of your environment and yourself in waking life, the more aware you will be in the dream world. One thing I can suggest is that when you do your reality checks, put much thought into it. Do not merely plug your nose or check the clock to see if it's a dream or not. Solidify your answers. Double or triple check. When you get to a conclusion that it is not a dream, do some follow up questions. WHY is it not a dream? HOW SURE am I that this is not a dream? It's that train of thought that pushes you over the edge and into lucidity. |

Thanks for that Paige, it will help me as well. I've been wanting to know how EXACTLY to make the most out of my reality checks, but all I've heard is "put meaning into it". That's hard to undertstand if you don't know WHAT you are putting meaning into |

Yesterday i had my first lucid dream! And it was AMAZING!! |

Check out Reece Jones on youtube. He calls them later zero lucid dreams. I find that they usually happen when your technique is working. You just need to push a little further at this point. |
