I cannot dream recall at ALL :( Help?? Please?

First off, I would like to apoligize if this is the wrong section.
Second off, I CAN NOT FREAKING RECALL AT ALL, and recall is practically critical to lucid dreaming. Do any of you know the most basic of strategies to help? Help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try taking vitamin B6 it helped me remember dreams a lot (But don't rely on it) once you remember a couple dreams write them down, It will tell your subconscious that your dreams are important to you. good luck!

A common misstake is to go to bed late, and thereby getting less sleep which means that you will have less dreams to remember.

I usually go to bed around 22:00 and 23:00 and that seems to be my ideal time. Also keep in mind that it's important sleep peacefully and not be stressed out or nervous about something, because then your dreams will be chaotic and stressful which is very hard to be aware of and recall.

Another possible solution can be this: http://www.dreamviews.com/f15/if-you...ams-try-93005/

It turned out to help quite a few people to get the feel of dream recall and then hopefully making them remember their dreams more frequently.

      Sweet dreams

      Don't panic.

I couldn't remember any dreams that i had during the night, so i began napping.
When you take a nap, you sleep alot lighter than you do if you have been through the deep sleep phase first. And in my experience, you dream alot more in a shorter timeframe.

I am by no means an expert, but what i did in your position and what i would recommend you to do is:

      - Take 1-2 hour naps daily for a week or so. (if you have the time)

      - When you wake up, remembering your dreams should be your priority.
You can ask someone to awaken you at a random time, telling you to remember.

      - Journal as much as you can from these dreams.

      - After a week or so of doing this, start going to bed early and get 8+ hours of sleep.

This should help you build up some form of recall.

      Hope it helps /cheers

you've probably heard this or tried it already sorry if its nothing new but works for me.

When You wake up along as your not in a rush just lie there and think to yourself what happened in my dream literary don't focus on anything else except from that thinking of other things Such as getting up can over stimulate the brain and its forgotten. spend a good 10 minutes trying to remember this.if it doesnt come to you dont worry just try again.

Anyway i have a good tip if you want to remember a dream so the next night you can fall asleep thinking about the dream you had the previous night which could help some people to lucid dream.

That is once you have you dream and can remember it at random points of the day just think to yourself about the dream and more memories may come back to you.

I have a good memory as i can remember a dream i had two weeks ago. unfortuntly this hast helped me much in lucid dreaming as im not good at doing dream signs in a dream. But i hope these tips help you because they do for me.
