I've never done it, but it seems like a cool way to change your Dream around. Ill have to keep it in mind. |

I did this the other night, I'm a very novice lucid dreamer and can't seem to keep a stable dream going, and got lucid between dreams, I could tell my consciousness was in a very unstable state so I started to use a menu system like a box with the word 'menu' appeared, so I selected it and a new list came up of scenarios, I selected an option and further settings came up and as each item came up it rendered in the distance. I could feel everything destabilising, and a person I selected started blurring out into a mannequin and I started panicking that I was loosing it and then I lost it all. |

I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.

That's really cool! I sort of just shout out where I want to go but that menu idea seems more fun. I have a written map of dream locations that I have created over the years. I usually visit the same locations over and over. The past week I have only dreamt of being in my bed and getting up and being in my room. Even though its a small space there is a lot of fun to be had. |

No, I usually rub my hands/spin or focus for stabilization. I think that would take too long and might be a little hard on your mind to have to manually visualize that. |

Very creative! That's great! That's exactly what I tell anyone struggling with control in their lucid dreams. If you can't do something just look at it a different way and come up with a creative solution. |
