My hand turned into air and i felt it

I was having this crazy dream. i guess i was a ghost and i was semi lucid. i became lucid towards the middle. When i did i realized i was a ghost or something and i tried to grab something with my hand and my hand did that ghost evaporation thing. The crazy thing is i felt how it felt to have your hand evaporate. Like i had a completely new sensation. Ive never felt anything like it before. I can still remember how it feels. does anyone have anything on this.

Yeah, I personally haven't experienced that sensation but you can experience a lot of new feelings in lucid dreams. For example, before I knew about lucid dream I would have had no idea about how it felt to fly but now I can vividly recall the feeling because I have done flying in many of my lucids. Another example could be walking through walls. For me that felt really interesting. Maybe you could discover a new taste? There are a huge amount of new sensations to explore in your dreams, only limited to your imagination.
      Working on: Daily awareness.
Lucid Task: Reverse the flow of a waterfall and ride up it.

Haven't had "that" sensation, but I have had others. I think that that is an amazing thing about LDing, everything is new, no matter how long you are at it. I felt what it is like to "fly through an ice lake" last night, as well as some other things. Try changing the amount of perceivable dimensions. That will throw you for a loop.

Some thing I have wanted to try is 360 vision as well.

These things just make no sense in waking life, but in dreams anything can happen.

      Good luck on LDs!

Yeah, it's amazing thing about lucid dreams that we can feel things that are impossible to feel IWL, have not had this particular one though.

Now try and incorporate this into your dreams. SO interesting! It's a goal of mine to try and create a new primary color not perceived in our reality, in my dream. It's probably impossible, but hey. Something to look forward to.
Do not try and bend the spoon--that's impossible. Instead only try and realize the truth...there is no spoon. Then you will see that it is not the spoon that bends

      it is only yourself
