      Non vivid LD's

Recently, I have been doing a lot of research on how the subconcious works and have been delving into different exercises for the mind. I have also been doing a lot of meditation. Since I began doing all of this, I have increased my frequency of LD's ten fold. The problem is that many of them are not normal LD's. Sure, I am completely aware that I am dreaming and have control but, They are not as vivid as they once were. I've tried everything, not even spinning seems to do much. Before, the LD's I was having were exceptionally vivd and mind blowing to the point that that it was hard to stay lucid for long periods of time. Now, it seems as though they have lost that quality. Could it be possible that since I have been just going with the dream rather than altering it much that they are not as vivid? Anyone elso ever experience this? Any Advice?

Sure, I understand what you are saying. But the problem is not that you are not controlling the dreams sufficiently -- how could that give them any more intensity? The problem is with frequency. Haven't you noticed that even during particular dreams that the Awareness Energy or the Conscious Intensity of the Dream seems to fluctuate? The Bigness and Intensity of a Dream depends upon a supporting energy. This energy is finite. No matter how good you are at control, nobody can kick up the Energy unless there is Energy there to kick up. The Dream Bus runs on gas.

Now, you have said that your Lucid Dreaming frequency has gone up tenfold. Well, what has happened is that you are turning your ordinary low-intensity dreams into Lucid Dreams. You have lost nothing. Probably, the frequency of your Big Vivid Dreams has maintained an even distribution -- that you still have as many Intense Dreams as you had before. You see, barring any drastic changes in your health and lifestyle, you probably would have the same amount of energy now as you did before. You will then have as many high intensity Vivid Dreams as before. Increasing your Lucidity Rate does not increase the amount of Energy you have. That is on a strict budget.

If Iam understanding you correct, it's all a matter of becoming lucid in the more vivid dreams. Any idea how I can accomplish that? And you are completely correct, the energy fluctuates as if I have no control over it. The big problem is that in these non vivid lucid dreams, I lose interest very quickly and just go back to dreaming normally. I had a lucid dream once that was so extremely vivd that I could barely even comprehend what I was experiencing. It was unlike anything I have ever felt. Since then I have been trying to experience the same feeling through LD's and even meditation but I have not yet reached that goal. I have had many LD's but none were even close to as vivid as that one. Is there any way to reach a dream level like that at will?

Okay, in response to the first post:

Yes, I think we've all experienced it at some point or another, now let's try and think of a solution. Tell me, has you recall been suffering lately? I find that unelss I write down EACTLY how things feel in my journal, my dreams seem to be less vivid, perhaps becuase if you don't you don't remember them in as much detal.

      To your post:

Ive had that happened, where ive had really vivid LD's then they aren't as VIVD...remember it states i believe in this website that all LD's aren't going to be as VIVID as most..you may have a period of time where you have really really VIVID LD's and then there could come a time---like now--that your LD's aren't as VIVD...ive had it happen, so its a normal thing....

The strangest part of everything is that I am under more stress in my life now than ever and I'm having more LD's than before. I must say though, my recall is seriuosly suffering. I'm in the process of moving from Japan(my home for two years) back to the states and I'm on a strict schedule. I can only wonder how well things of the dream world will go for me once I have time to settle down again. Also, thanks for all of the input.
