      Question Delirium and LDs

A couple of weeks ago, I came down with the flu, my temperature was about 104-105, and I was practically walking around in a stupor. I had strange hallucinations of dancing lines and occasional fits of maniacal laughter.

The strange thing was, my LD count rose madly, from my normal 2 to 8. I had three consecutive LDs of incredible quality in one night, and an accidental WILD with exceptionally vivid hypnagogic imagery.

The weird thing is, I can't really explain this, since when you're sick you would think it'd be harder to awaken your consciousness to LD. Not that I'm complaining, really, but I really have no idea why this happened. Has anyone ever experienced this or something similar?

Oh yeah, fever will turn you into a Lucid Master - temporarily anyway. At least that's one good thing about it, eh?
