      alarms

I think my alarm is causing problems, but I need it for school. Like problems to the point where everything is just gray in ny dreams and I have no dream recall. Hoe do I get past this?

Try going to bed earlier and train yourself to naturally wake up before the alarm has to go off, but I'd keep it on just to be safe. I've been late to school one too many times and I've been given lunch clean-up duty. Also, keep your curtains open, as the rising sun might help wake you up naturally as well. Also consider investing in a zen alarm clock for a more gradual awakening.

Try doing mantra: 'I wake up before alarm rings' or something like that while going to sleep, alternatively get more smooth alarm that don't nukes recall but is still able to wake you up.

Use an alarm sound which is gradual and learn to recall your dream as soon as you wake up. Turn of the alarm as absent minded as possible and focus wholly on remembering the deram, they will become more vivid eventually. Also remember to sleep at least 7-9 hours a night.
