Ok so i decide to have an afternoon nap. As i'm waking up from this i suddenly realise that i cant get up out of my bed, my entire body is completley numb. I immediately come to the conclusion that this is sleep paralysis and start telling myself that to calm me down. Suddenly i'm becoming pushed into my bed, it feels as though a ghost or a person is on top of me pushing me with all their force, I become a little scared at this point not gonna lie but keep telling myself it's sleep paralysis and try to force myself get out of bed. After this happens for a few seconds i use all of my will power and force myself up and out of bed, thinking to myself 'thank god thats over and i'm awake' not realisng at this point I'm actually still dreaming. I walk into the kitchen where my little brother is making food for me, immediately i think something is very strange as he never makes food for me, i look up a the clock on our wall and it's the exact same time in the afternoon as i decided to have a nap, now i defiantly know something's wrong, just as I'm coming to the conclusion that I'm still dreaming Ii begin to wake up and am sucked out of my dream.

Anyone else experienced this sort of Inception before? I was surprised when i woke up and found that i forced myself out of paralysis, most people say that they just lie there for 20 minutes not being able to do anything. Is it Normal?

Through me through a complete loop. Sorry about the quality of writing, still pretty new to this, just thought i'd share it.
