I think it's important with ADA not to just use reality checks on a schedule, but to use them when you think something is a little out of the ordinary by reflex. Of course, a schedule helps to get you into the habit of it but it might require you to use it more effectively rather than more often. But it is definitely enough to get you a lucid at some point.
