      What to dooooo?

I sometimes end up in my lucids not knowing what to do. I just sit there thinking of stuff to do and then I end up wasting my lucid. I always plan for stuff to do in my lucids, but then once I have a lucid I don't know what to do. I hate when this happens. But, luckily my last lucid I just had I really did a lot of stuff!!

I read something earlier, that doesn't apply to me as I'm just starting out, but sounds like It could be helpful. Someone was saying that they keep a sort of 'things to do' list somewhere in real life, then when they are dreaming, they go to the same place in their dream, find it, and read The tasks theyve set themselves to accomplish. Seems far to clever for me but if it works then what a great idea!

I remembered participating in another thread on this very subject, so I located it. I think this thread has some good ideas you may find helpful:

      I sometimes always...
Nothing like starting a post off with a complete paradox. Good job

Adding onto what others have said, another thing to do might be to write down your goals and use a mantra as you're going to sleep to help you remember. If, in your last one, you did a lot of stuff, maybe you've already broken through the barrier! Here's hoping! Good luck!

As realdealmagic said, writing down or typing goals helps, especially if you write most important ones right before going to sleep. Also you can try thinking about goals more through the day, it also more likely can make you remember them.

You can do whatever you want, you must want something! Simple things like visiting old homes, high school, friends, or past places is always fun and doesn't require you to dream up something crazy. If you can't think of anything try flying and see if anything comes to you

haha in pretty much all of my lucids I start in my bedroom and just walk around thinking of what I should do. I always end up just flying around until I lose lucidity haha I gotta work on some tasks and stuff

What technique do you use to fly? Like what is your dream body doing?

You need to set goal for your lucid and need to do practice according to that..
