Yeah, I understand what you mean. That happens to me a lot, the don't think about it then my mind says it. I know how you feel about being scared of it too. I first was when I learned about lucid dreams. There's no reason to be afraid though. All it is is a dream, nothing religious or anything. Well, I guess you could escalate it to that but that's off topic. Nothing can harm you in a lucid dream, it's all figments of your imagination. I once had a LD where I had a FA and there was a dark hooded figure standing above me. Looking back on it, it looked like the Grim Reaper. I said "Hi! How's it going?" Because I knew that I was dreaming, and I knew it wouldn't be scary. It responded "Good. And you?" In a very high-pitched voice. Even if you do summon something accidentally (which is very hard to do) just remember it cannot hurt you, and none of it is real. |

If you wake up from a lucid dream, then you try again and again, until you don't wake up. There are ways to stabilize a dream and to try to stay in the dream longer, here is a link to the DV tutorial on dream stabilization: |
