For me it looks like "Dream about Lucid Dream". Almost every time when you notice that you're dreaming it consider with emotions like "excitement, elation, happiness" and strong emotions in LD causing problems with dream( it can even make you awaken). You have not positive emotions so... hmm... Yeah I guess that dream about lucid dream. Hmm... And this rubling... What was that exactly ?
