lucid daydreaming?

ok so lately I've really wanted to try and achieve some form of lucid daydream, a way for me to close my eyes and, relatively quickly, be able to visualize a scene and interact with it and possibly people in it. i mainly want to do this as a way to sort of escape from the real world for a few minutes, and possibly have a direct path to my subconscious in it. if anyone has any tips about this or can provide me with pages, either here on dreamviews, or elsewere on the internet it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
