My worst try at lucid dream ever!

This is probbably my worst weekend AND my worst lucid dreaming try ever. I tried the wake back to bed technique and before i drank thyme tea ate a banana and drank tons of apple juice. And suddenly my alarm didn't ring and when i woke up, i had no recall at all, only a small fragment of my french teacher saying something about my control job. I woke up frustrated ass hell, and i also will have to do chores probbably all weekend, i hate this try. But hey, i didn't give up at all i'm still very interested in lucid dreaming and i will continue today. Good dreams everybody

D'oh! That sucks. But hey, with reality checks you can prepare for lucid dreams all day long instead of waiting for each night, could always give that a try!

Every attempt is a step closer to attaining Lucidity. Anyway, the fact that you were annoyed about not rem,entering your dreams, may mean your mind will think, "I need to remember these dreams!" P.S. do you keep a dream journal?

keep trying.. i got woke up by my pet this morning and when i went back to bed i had one of my most vivid dreams yet with the back to bed technique
