      Odd experience with sleep paralysis

I've never managed to gain lucidity for more than a few seconds. What happens is that the second I gain lucidity the world gets a little bit hazy, but also my sleep paralysis seems to stop. When I try to move I do it in real life as well and it simply jerks me awake. I think that I could still get it to work as I am still in a stage where gaining lucidity shocks me and the adrenaline messes it up, but as anyone else experienced this before?

You are too stuck in your perception of reality. Become the dream.
What a long, strange trip it's been.

You're waking up because you're thinking about your waking body!
I suggest you read this article, http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-cont...damentals.html by Mzzkc, it's an excellent read.
