I have been trying to stabilize some recent LD's, but I always end up with some weird glitchy things. |

You may say I'm a dreamer.
But I'm not the only one - John Lennon
Maybe you are just getting too excited? Happens often to beginners. Just be calm and keep practicing, i'm sure they will become longer with practice. And if you can't open eyes in the dream, try using a bit of dream control and take whatever blocks your vision off your head, like a blindfold or such and expect vision to return. Also it helps to not overthink about it, once i had problem with dream length and was trying to figure out stuff, but then i stopped worrying about it and the length of my lucid dreams stabilized. |

I've had that eye thing in one of my lucids. Problem was, I'd just fallen asleep with my head on my arm, so it turns out one of my eyelids was "stuck" on my arm or whatever, preventing me from really opening it in the dream. I managed to force it open in the end though, but it took a while :p |
