i want to have a lucid dream for a school essay

hi everyone,

i would like to have a lucid dream for an english essay, anytime this month
any ideas on how?

Try doing reality checks while believing it is a dream, and expecting the check to prove it is a dream, about 5-6 times a day, also, write a dream journal, it´ll help by making you recall dreams more, and recognise dream signs. Of course, if you are succesfull you need to practice dream control, but dont fret. Hope i helped!

Just as said above. A few plug noses or palm through hand reality checks and you should be fine. Also only the fact that you heared about it and that you are interested raises your chances. I had my first lucid about a week after trying, so a month is totally enough in my opinion, no worries.

Another tip: think about lucid dreaming when you go to bed, so that your last thought before you doze off is about lucid dreaming.
