In this dream, did you feel like you 'clicked' into the dream? Was there a distinct difference in the way you perceived the dream after you said you were dreaming? If there was a pretty noticeable change in the dream, then you were lucid. Otherwise you might have just dreamt about lucid dreaming. This would explain why you didn't have any tactile sensations. And yes, in a lucid dream you should be able to feel just as you would in normal life. In fact, touching things is a pretty common way to prolong lucid dreams.
I'm not sure if you truly had a lucid dream, but the fact that you could remember to ask yourself if you are dreaming means your on the right track! Just keep practicing your RCs and really question whether or not you're dreaming. This should help you have a full blown LD.
