      lucid dreams short?

      My lucids are very short.they feel like only 5 minutes then I wake up I rub my hands together and it does nothing also the dreams are vivid but not like reality any tips

      I would consider 5 minutes a reasonable length for a lucid. Try to feel everything around you, listen to everything, smell everything, etc.

      Just take the dream slow, with more experience you'll be able to sustain longer dreams.

      5 minutes is considered long. You can also try doing the spinning in circle technique to stay lucid longer.
