Thread: What is this called?

So, i've recently decided to take up lucid dreaming and since i was young whenever i have a dream this is what it's like:

-Very foggy

-Not in control

-Seems almost distant

I know for a fact these aren't Lucid dreams. Because from what i've read a Lucid dream looks and feels like reality.

A lucid dream is only knowing that you are dreaming during a dream. It doesn't have to have any control or clarity, and both of them can get better and easier with time. I recommend you to:

i think that this is just because your just starting out, do methods that can induce sronger lucid, more vivid dreams.

Yup you will get better over time.
After 10 or 20 lucids most people start noticing that they are in more control and can actually remember goals. At that point you can start focusing on stabilizing the dream, right now just focus on getting them.
