succeeded finaly and now have some questions

heyyyyy people i am jumping with joy finaly i had my first dream that can be called a lucid dream and its a bit long post pls read and give ur replies because i need everyone's advice here.

i had been practicing lucid dreaming techniques since 3 months without any success .i tried realy very hard for a single lucid dream .i maintain a dream journal from the beginning and started remembering dreams .i always wondered tht all sort of crazy stuff happens in my dreams but why i can't realize i am dreaming .i tried wild every night (without wbtb) and at daytime nap i came closer many times but could'nt move further. i some times saw a fixed imagery with my eyes closed still no luck as i did'nt know about WBTB and rem period but as soon as i came to know i started wild with wbtb and at daytime still no success .i started reality checks whole day too but after 7 days i gave up doing reality checks because they did'nt worked for me .i came to know about ssild and when i tried i had seen a big difference in dream clarity but still not lucid .i heard about galantamine and vitamine b6 but i could'nt find galantamine here and any tablet containing pure vitamin b6 250 mg or so .last night after almost 3 months and some days i got pyrodoxine 40 mg tablets and i ate it before sleeping i tried wild but last night i was havng cold so i couldnt even relax and finaly slept . as i programed myself to wake up before my rem start or after each dream i woke up and again slept without any effort but i got lucid .here my dream,

i was walking in my city somewhere and see an old man following me i turned other side and started walking but as i saw him he was smiling and again walking behind me i was scared and started running then i found my bike and just accelerated as much as i could and went near public there was a traffic jam and i was about to hit an uncle in his bike in front of me .his wife was sitting behind him and i touched her back in order to stop their bike moving towards me and as soon as i touched her back i was pulled hard and moving backwards like a truck hit me and somehow i managed to stop my bike but i just realized how is this possible i must be dreaming and i pluged my nose and breath and it worked then i saw my hand it was like fat and short fingers i immidiately thought i am dreaming and i started rubbing my hands and then i tried to fly leaving my bike behind i started to fly then i wen inside a place i bought a cigarette and smoked i knew all time that i am dreaming then i came outside again and thought i should ask any character about a video name .(i saw a video three years ago and forgot and not able to find it now and i always think when i will lucid dream i will ask any character and hopefully he will tell me the title because they are my subconscious projections and they do remember everything ) as i asked an old man about that video he started telling me but i could not hear anything and my dream faded out and i woke up.

      now my questions are
      1) i know pyrodoxine helped me achieving my lucidity so is 40 mg of vitamin b6 harmful for us ?and how i take those pills i mean when should i take and tell me the dosage please.i only want to start lucid dreaming regularly and then i will not take any pill.

2)as i asked him about that video i could not hear any thing and i woke up, why i woke up ?did i woke up because my conscious mind forgot about that video and i was not supposed to hear that title name thats why i woke up?

3)i want some dream control tips so that next time i will be there for much longer time and how to make people appear like celebrities or my favorite jim carry and change night to day as well?

4)what level of lucidity was that and how to increase my level of lucidity?

      5) as i had my first lucid dream what you guys think am i going to have them more now or it was the one and i may suffer having next again for months? did this dream made lucid dreaming any easier for me?

i am waiting for your opinion guys please answer my questions it will be really helpful and so sorry for my bad english i am indian and nobody here knows about lucid dreaming so my only hope are you people ..thank you

1 vitamin b6 is not harmful as long as you don't take an extreme amount of it just take the regular dosage it says or just experiment 2 maybe a false awaking 3 rub your hands together or look at the palms of your hands it works for me 4 I guess good enough and do 3 as specified and increase dream recall 5 it depends it might have made it easier to notice your dreaming or It could do nothing

      1. 40 mg of B6 is not harmful, usually, B6 is only harmful when its taken in very large amounts continuously. I used to take 100 mg of B6 before bed. It didn't harm me, but it did keep me up almost the whole night.

      2. I'm not too sure, your subconscious probably had a reason for it, but everyone has their own subconscious. This means the only person who can most likely figure it out, is You.

      3. You probably don't need any dream control tips to help you. All you need to do to help with dream control, is to believe what your going to do will work. This always works for me.

      4. There is no specific way to tell what level of lucidity a dream was, all I can say is that your getting there.

      5. Yes, since you've had your first one, it will be easier for you to have more since you have a lot more experience.

By the way, a very useful tip I can give to you is to stop trying so hard to have an LD. if you stress yourself out about lucid dreaming, chances are you probably won't have any lucid dreams. Keep writing in your journal by the way.

This is a hard concept to really understand, but you should "expect" lucid dreams, not force them. It is a passive approach that works the best.
