Thanks for the answer, that would make more sense than the subconscious telling you outright i suppose. Im very interested in learning non lucid dream interpretation, but i havent really found any useful resources. I imagine it can be a very useful, enriching thing to do. Can i ask how you went about learning? :] |

Robert Moss, who has written lots of books about dreaming, is heavily into using dreams to learn important things (and he advocates going with the dream, rather than taking control of it and steering it in the direction preferred by ones ego). His book "Conscious dreaming" is all about that. |

My approach has been a combination of opening up my own intuition more, and looking at dreams as puzzles or mysteries assuming they have hidden meanings to be solved, but also an apprenticeship in that I keep learning from others for example superman1 who has been great in helping me understand my own dreams better. This apprenticeship has taught me a few useful tools for dream interpretation, for example: interpret other characters in a dream as representing other parts of myself, or home meaning mind, etc. I don't believe though that anything has only one meaning, both in that one person dreaming of something may mean something different than another person dreaming of it, and also every dream has more than one meaning like an onion. |

I once dreamed about being in Paris and I planned to talk directly with my subconscious before going to bed. Well I remembered that in my dream so I asked someone who was near to take me to subconscious, that I would like to talk with him. (yea called it him |
