I guess it all depends on whether you're used to it or not. If you normally sleep consistently, and you suddenly throw your sleeping schedule off, it most likely will affect the way you dream. If you usually have inconsistent sleep and just sleep whenever, you can lucid dream fine just like that. I have Non-24 disorder (basically my circadian rhythm think there's more than 24 hours in a day, so I go sleep later and wake up later each day around the clock) and I lucid dream just fine.
As long as you go to sleep when your body wants sleep, and wake up when your body wants to wake up, your dreaming shouldn't be hindered.
