So, uh... Is there, like, a good amount of tired to go to sleep with? I mean like, if I fall asleep without really being tired, I notice that I can't remember a damn thing about dreaming, but that if I go to sleep super exhausted, I usually get woken up by my parents at a bad point in my sleep cycle, and even if I don't, I still feel groggy and don't remember anything.

So, basically, I guess I'm asking something along the lines of, "How much tired is too much tired?"
