Thats Freaky. help me not to hate LD?

Hello, so I've been familiar with lucids for a while now I don't do anything just will to get a one before sleeping and it comes tonight before I sleep I said I will get a lucid dream. okay then a dream came up (not lucid, normal dream) I was sitting on my pc with my phones mom restarting it and deleting its numbers and just ruining it and i ran a bot on the computer to play for me runescape (online game) then I got bored and decided to sleep(inside the dream) so I went to bed and said I'll just sleep now and anything I will see is a lucid dream so I did sleep in my first dream to get up in the 2nd dream(I don't even know how) it was like a car race in the desert and I was above the cars (i knew it was a dream but I wasn't lucid yet) I liked a girl inside one car so I jumped infront of the car and stopped it,she got down and started shouting I told her "calm down, I'm dreaming,it's just my dream" thats when I got lucid that moment I felt my Real body I mean my real sleeping body in real life like Idk what happened its even scary to say like I was stuck between the dream world and reality world I moved my hand I felt it in the lucid but in reality it didnt move How do I feel stuff in my dream and reailty in same time I tried to move my other hand it still didn't move I was sleeping on my left side I felt like someone is pushing me to the bed hard and i could hear whispers saying stuff but couldn't understand them.. I just rotated around and that feeling vanished and the sounds stopped to get up with a panic attack opening my computer to tell you this.

Please explain to me what happened in a way that doesn't make hate lucid dreaming and I guess that will be my last lucid for a long while.

      Thanks for your time

      Yo and welcome to dreamviews!
There's absolutely nothing to be afraid of in lucid dreaming, weird stuff can happen but remember that nothing can hurt your waking body and you can't 'get stuck' or anything like that, nothing to be scared about, it's all safe.
Also maybe you thought about waking up or were about to wake up when you became lucid and that's why you felt waking body, it's not rare to feel both bodies at same time when about to wake up, and again, nothing to be scared about.
