Haven't really experienced much of that(almost always sleeping at home), but sleeping in different place can potentially give higher awareness for a while, which can actually help, as for timing, if you are talking about sleeping schedule, it can have either positive or negative impact depending on what kind of change. |

Thank you Mr.Dragon! that really makes sense now that I think about it. as for the sleep schedule, the duration itself does not change (Total of 9 hours) but only the starting and ending times (from 12-9 AM to 10PM-7 AM). |
