If this hasn't happened to anyone, then I would love to switch to video or audio as well. :V
I would say if you don't pay attention to the device and just speak out your thoughts, it won't be a problem.
That's why I say it depends on what you want to get. Using video requires edition in order to have a proper sequence, if you are waiting to have good looking results. I mean, you have to "act" in front of a camera and pick your best shots, etc. That's why you must know what are you talking about and how are you going to say it, etc. Some people can do it without problems. Usually you need a script to "know your lines", or at least you need to have idea about what are you talking about. Although that's not a problem when you are accustomed to talk alone or in front of a camera--If that's the case, you will have to just cut here and there if necessary and then put all together to whatever you want to do with your entries. That's why I think it would be better to record audio in the first place then perhaps put it into paper (which takes more time than audio recording), so you could have the possibility to check your lines easily, etc. and then after that start the video shooting.
