The Rough with the Smooth. Melatonin Nightmares.

While above named Supplement works wonders for the vividness of dreams. I must mention, never have I experienced Nightmares such as these. Real 'Rocky Horror Show'. Melatonin really should come with a more detailed warning on the label !!!. Worked wonders when I was a Goth, but not anymore.

How much melatonin are you taking? I've never had any problems with it, but of course my dosage is only about 3 mg a couple of times a month.

nightmares are triggered by unresolved PERSONAL issues, not supplements.
