Coldness and Vibrations?

I see there's a few threads on vibrations but I had a little extra questions, maybe just a reassurance or understanding since I'm still not great with the whole Lucid Dreaming thing.
Basically I had a dream last night and this might have been the second time I've had dream control over it. I was walking down the street and realized I was dreaming, since it was night time I looked up and changed it from night to day but with many planets in the sky. The only difference was the minute it changed I started to hear this loud constant vibration. I walked a few steps and figured I should try flying or something and I ended up jumping really far, but wall I was in the air my whole body got really cold. I mean it could have to do with the fact I was in the air but I've never actually felt cold in a dream before and was wondering if any of you guys could explain or help me out with what it could have been? or if it's happened to you before?

Also after my body went cold and I heard the vibrations it kind of freaked me out and the dream changed quickly and the feelings went away.

Sometimes random things can happen in dreams, it's one of the fun things about them, don't be scared though since there's nothing to be scared of, dreams can't hurt your waking body.

Sorry this is off track of the original question but when you changed it from night to day did you also create the planets in the sky.
I'm still looking for my first lucid dream and am very excited about the possibilities.

I don't really know. When I immediately changed it to day they just appeared with it, but also when I jumped in the air I wasn't actually thinking about jumping, I just did it.
Through out the dream there was some things I had control over and others I didn't

I am very interested in this sort of experience, and am trying to gather some information for a study.
When you say "vibration" can you be a little more specific.
Was the vibration slow, like a hammer hitting a nail, or faster like someone beating a drum.
Might be even faster like a washing machine spinning.
Do you remember the speed of the vibration, or a similar sound to compare it to.
I would be very greatful for an answer.

I guess it was like the sound a guitar amp would make.
In the dream it was very loud, not ear shattering, but as if it was coming from all around me. It wasn't visible, just the sound itself.

Very helpful indeed.
I started a thread to gather information, but most people are reluctant to pass information forward.
Any time I read about vibrations, or noises in members dreams, I now ask directly.
People respond much better on a personal level.
