Hey again. I also hear music in my head when i try to go to sleep. It keeps me up infact. Ive had it my whoel life and I do not knwo what causes it. We must just have busy minds. It could possibly help us go into lucid dreasm.. BUt i havent figured out hwo as of yet. |

if u wana stop the music id say try and find away of really relaxin b4 sleep, meditation,or like me (sumtime i hear the music to) is just concentrate on the music and sort of ride it if u get what i mean, takes me to a real state of calm and focus. |

Try playing music while you're trying to fall asleep. Make sure it's something soothing, and relaxing. Your mind shouldn't be playing tunes when your listening to something else.. |
