Some few questions that have been bothering me for quite a while!

OKay, hello all it's been a while since I posted on the forums (although I'm updating my journal regularily!). I don't have the free time to search for my questions below on the forums, so if any have been answered before I'm very sorry (I'm just swarmed, I have school and I'm working simutaneously).

So, without prolonging this any longer I will go ahead and tell you that yersterday I experienced my first WILD. I didn't have to do anything I went into hypnagogia state after waking up and going to sleep again. Now my question is, while going to hypnagiogia (I feel I'm calling this the wrong name ), a lot of people say that they feel something tickling or they feel they are falling, or that their toes are shaking, while in reality they aren't, and to WILD you have to let it pass then "open your eyes". Now, having read that, yersterday I have had some serious chest pain as if my heart was burning. I am a bit worried, and thinking to go a trip to my doctor, but if by any chance anyone knows, is this a normal symptom? I'm feeling ok and don't think it's anything serious but I want to make sure just in case (you can never be too sure right?).

Now my other question is, I have noticed that in DILDs, the dream isn't as clear/vivid, but in WILD it is very clear and almost real life-like (I WILD'ed and still needed to RC every now and then to make sure I'm dreaming!). Now they problem lies that, even though I remember what I did in detail, I cannot "remember" the HD graphics I experienced in the dream. I remember the whole experience as blurry, as if it happened to me 3-4 years ago. Is this normal? Can anything be done about it? Will it increase overtime while lucid-dreaming more?

I'm sorry for any typos/mistakes this post may contain as it's a bit rushed as I said before, thanks for taking your time to read this and best regards!

Edit: The chest pain was only during the hypnagogia state.

Sensations like the one you describe can be a common occurrence while attempting a WILD. Most people report a speeding up of the heart beat, or it becomes especially loud. My personal theory is that during the transition stages, our perception switches from outward to inward and during that transition, the perceptions can get muddled in a way. It could be a real perception, but changed in some way by the hypnagogia.
You said the feeling is just when attempting WILD so I wouldn't be too worries, but if you feel that when not attempting WILD, it might be a good idea to get it checked out for safety's sake.

As far as the dream memories, if you are just beginning to lucid dream, that is a normal occurrence as well. As you become more familiar with the dream scape and its differences with waking reality, the memories will probably clear up. When you begin paying attention to your dreams, metaphorically speaking they are far away. As you practice more, and get closer, the dreams become clearer, easier to play with etc..
Also, when you are lucid, waking up at the end up the dream is a very good way to improve the memory. If you are already doing that, then you can also relive the dream memories during the day. Sit down in a comfortable position and basically recall the dream like a daydream. Conjure as much detail as possible, paying attention to everything that arises.
Other than that, just keep doing the dj and recalling your dreams when you wake up. Time will improve everything.
