broke my ld record.

Hey guys, last night I had 3 or 4 lucid dreams. I only fully remember one of them, unfortunately, as I've let my recall go during yet another dry spell. In the one that I remember, I was flying while thinking about my sudden success with LDing. When I left this dream I found I was just about to enter another, but I had to get up at that point. So I think I was subconsciously DEILDing. I've never had more than two lds in one night before, so I think that this is a result of my recent meditation. For the past few nights, I'll lie down in a sleeping position and just try to clear my mind, then using autohypnosis- which is actually very simple and easy- to relax further. Last night I just focused on my heartbeat. When I was relaxed, I said in my head, "I am dreaming", less than 5 times, and then next thing I knew I was in a dream. Also I remembered more non-lucids than I usually do! So I'm really hoping that by doing this I can have multiple LDs every night, which has been a big goal for years.

Cool man! I wished I could have at least one lucid! I haven't even had one yet.
