Whats up!! Lucid dream world so real!!

      Hey everybody!
Started to learn lucid dream when i accidentally had wild lucid dream searched from google ``saw myself go sleep`` and found this forum. I have been following this forums lucid dream techniques and learned lucid dream little. I now have had 22 lucid dream using all day awareness with dild. Longest one have been about little over 1 min but i have being able to deild straight back to lucid dream. I have always tried flying and super powers. My last lucid dream i was in ancient egypt fused with modern world which was most amazing place i have seen i just looked around and it was amazing. Everything was so detailed and so real looking and my body felt so real and hands looked exactly normal but i didnt get to do anything supernatural because of alarm ****! Makes you wonder what mind is really capable of. One question: Does practicing all day awareness become easier? I cant focus on all senses only touch and switching between hearing, sight and scent. I have noticed i pay a lot more attention to all the little sounds and feeling in my body but its still hard have to focus all the time its tiring mentally.

It will get easier, just try not to be lazy enough to give up all day awareness. Moreover 22 lucids in such a short time... that's a progress!

      Damn, I'm jelaous

I don't know , but when going for walks, i remember about the ADA technique. Then e.g i start listening to my walking sound, start looking around and look at details, feel my body etc. But it's sometimes hard to maintain to be aware of everything, and that's what ADA is trying to teach you. IF you can't be aware of so many things , that mean you're not aware enough. I guess that would get easier , IF you practice. You could practice by , e.g listening to your sound steps and looking at environment , while not letting the foot step sound go out of your awareness. When you do it easily, add another thing , that is not too hard to be aware of.

Thanks guess its tencnique with no easy way. I have noticed i have been able to focus on more everyday but someday i just forget and get lost in thought. Would be awesome though if i could gain enough awareness to make every dream lucid.

But all of them have been really short and most of them i havent been able to come fully lucid. In bad ones i know im dreaming but i speak to dream characters and dont no what to do. 1min 30sec is my longest and you dont get much out of it. I dont know what tenqinue this is but when i wake i remain completly still and keep my mind in sleep mode and then fall asleep while keeping intent to continue dream as lucid always works but i have to remember the dream and the feeling. Then i just fall asleep keeping the storyline and then im in control
