I struggle with this too. |

Over the last few times I've had lucid dreams they were kinda "foggy" in that I do not have good dream logic and forget to do what I planned as well as forgetting to rub my hands to make things clearer. Because of this almost all of my lucids were like normal dreams. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks! |

Cool! I'll try it. Wish me luck! |

So I had a lucid dream last night and when the dream faded I rubbed my hands together and the stabilization failed. So when I tried to do a deild and went back I decided to stabilize from the beginning to make it as realistic as possible. Unfortunately this had the opposite effect in that it got rid of my dream for good, does anyone know what happened? |

It may have been a rare occurence, or maybe this particular technique of stabilizing just doesn't work well with you. The important thing is not to let this incident define the rest of your lucids, and convince yourself that you can turn things around next time, because if you don't, you'll build up a schema or an expectation that this will keep happening in the future, which in turn will indeed make it happen. Try different ways of stabilizing whenever you can, and experiment with what works well with you. |

I have same problem. I have very clear lucid dreams but they always turn like normal dreams because i dont remember intention. If i plan to do something i do it when im lucid but im not fully aware of it. Fix for this is to always when you think of being lucid is bring more awareness and take the time to do it. Do simple math or try to remember something from reality like where you are sleeping but this might wake you up but it works really well. |
